Welcome to the Celebration International School website, where we provide insight into the unique learning experiences and opportunities designed for children aged two to eighteen, that is Infants (2-9 years), Elementary (10-12 years) and Highschool (13-18 years). What sets us apart in Zimbabwe’s educational landscape is that we are an international school with commitment to a Christian Curriculum. Our accreditation is under the International Christian Accreditation Association (ICAA), operating under the auspices of Oral Roberts University Educational Fellowship (ORUEF). We are also registered under the Zimbabwe Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. We utilize an American Christian Curriculum developed and published by Bob Jones University in South Carolina and the A Beka Curriculum together with the Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC). Each year the students are assessed by the California Achievement tests (CATTS) and Test of cognitive skills (TCS) to ensure that our learners are performing on a level consistent with their abilities.
Celebration International School is a thriving and joyous place to learn. It is situated on site at the Celebration Centre in Borrowdale, Harare. The school opened its doors in 2002 with a mandate of providing education with a biblical world view, and equipping students with an insatiable passion for learning. Twenty years on, our school has an enrolment of more than 310 students.
In the current climate, it is more crucial than ever for children to gain insights from God’s Word, the Bible. A foundation rooted in a biblical worldview imparts confidence to understand God’s intentions for each child through Jesus Christ. Our Christian curriculum not only upholds academic rigor but also fosters creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative skills. We are dedicated to preparing young individuals for life, extending beyond the scope of standardized public exams

I have been in education 43 years, teaching grade two. I am passionate about sharing the gospel with students, as well as empowering parents to “parent with purpose”. I love sports and creative activities.
Melanie du Toit – H.O.D Middle School
With over three decades of experience as an educator, my focus lies in classroom management and curriculum development. My passion for Christian education drives me to create an environment where students thrive academically and spiritually. By fostering inclusive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, I aim to build a collaborative and supportive educational community. Guided by a belief in the inherent worth of young individuals, my mission is to instil compassion, integrity, and servant leadership shaping responsible citizens and ambassadors for the Kingdom and the marketplace.

In my 23 years of teaching, God has made it clear to me that education is a media to one’s destiny. It is through education, formal and informal, that the children that are entrusted to us answer the critical life questions, Who am ? and Why am I here?.
